Drew holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of Texas at Austin and an MBA from Texas Tech University.

His expertise spans strategic enrollment planning, CRM implementation, predictive modeling, financial aid leveraging, and funnel growth strategies.
Jay has successfully led initiatives that increased enrollment by 40% while balancing revenue and student profile. He also shares his insights through consulting, national leadership organizations, and his podcasts The Enrollment Edge and Transfer Talk.
Michael Cronin, VP of partnerships
Michael brings more than 24 years of higher education enrollment leadership experience, with senior roles at the University of Pennsylvania, the Wharton School, Temple University, and Ruffalo Noel Levitz.
Throughout his career, he has worked with institutions of all sizes and sectors, helping them navigate demographic shifts, competitive pressures, and operational challenges. His expertise spans strategic enrollment management, transfer growth strategy, cross-campus alignment, and revenue sustainability.
Michael is passionate about expanding access to higher education and helping institutions design transparent, student-centered enrollment processes that remove friction, strengthen collaboration, and drive measurable, long-term growth.
